Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies. You will lead staff training, manage customer service, and drive sales while safeguarding assets and inventory.

Responsibilities include supervising POS transactions, loss prevention, scheduling, and visual merchandising to meet operational objectives in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Merchandise and maintain visual presentation; follow promotional materials and signage.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling and time/attendance within budget.
• Train and develop direct reports; reinforce customer service standards.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection.
• Assist in overall day-to-day operations to meet objectives.
