Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and drive a high level of customer service. You will lead staff, ensure policy compliance, and support store management in delivering sales goals.

You will train associates, manage POS and checkout procedures, monitor inventory, and uphold merchandising standards to create a welcoming shopping environment for customers.

• Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations; ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to staff.
• Maintain excellent customer shopping experience and service standards.
• Handle POS transactions, loyalty, refunds and related procedures.
• Oversee inventory control, price changes, and physical counts.
• Oversee merchandising and visual presentation per company standards.
• Manage payroll tasks: scheduling, budget adherence, time & attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports; reinforce customer service standards.
• Oversee loss prevention and asset protection.
