Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and ensure 100% policy compliance. You will lead staff under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, deliver exceptional customer service, and train team members to meet sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Provide leadership, training and guidance to staff under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Maintain customer shopping experience and service levels; resolve customer issues with urgency and care.
• Handle POS transactions, discounts, refunds, loyalty and opening/closing procedures according to policy.
• Oversee inventory controls including receiving, price changes, markdowns, and conducting physical inventories.
• Direct merchandising, housekeeping and visual presentation per company standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll accuracy and time/attendance in line with budget.
