Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. The role includes guiding staff, maintaining service standards and driving sales performance.

The Team Lead will support inventory control, POS operations, merchandising, loss prevention and training. This position may be full- or part-time and reports to store leadership to optimize customer experience and store efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations.
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, price changes and markdowns.
• Lead merchandising, visual presentation and promotional events.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll and attendance, and staff development.
