New Balance in Highland Village, TX is seeking a full-time Retail Team Lead to open/close the store, drive results, and deliver a world-class guest experience. Lead by example through New Balance’s Core Competencies and manage daily operations with a focus on customer service and team development.

You will supervise staff, assist with scheduling, and participate in hiring while maintaining safety and performance standards for a thriving retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years’ retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with/without assistance and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates.
• Drive results by training and developing team members to meet key performance indicators.
• May assist store manager in scheduling and floor moves.
• Deliver excellent guest experiences using the GUEST service model.
• Maintain operational duties including opening/closing, inventory control, and safety procedures.
• Participate in recruiting and interviewing top talent.
