Job summary

New Balance in Vacaville, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to open/close the store, drive results and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will lead by example, coaching associates and upholding our core competencies.

Responsibilities include maintaining KPI targets, training staff, delivering excellent service with the GUEST model, and ensuring store safety while managing scheduling and tasks on a flexible basis.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor while coaching associates.
• Be results-driven in achieving store KPIs through training and development.
• Deliver a great guest experience utilizing the GUEST service model.
• Open/close the store.
• Follow safety regulations and reporting procedures.
