New Balance in Highland Village, TX seeks a dedicated Retail Team Lead to open/close the store, drive results, and coach associates. You will lead by example, delivering a world-class guest experience through our GUEST service model and core competencies.

Responsibilities include scheduling, floor moves, inventory control, and assisting the store manager with staffing while ensuring safety and compliance. Flexibility for weekends/holidays required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates.
• Drive results through training and development of staff.
• Assist store manager with scheduling and floor moves.
