New Balance Athletics, Inc. in Highland Village, TX is seeking a full-time Retail Team Lead to open/close the store, drive results, and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will lead by example, coaching associates and upholding New Balance’s Core Competencies.

The role supports scheduling, floor moves, and recruiting efforts while ensuring safety and compliance. A flexible weekend/holiday schedule is required, with opportunities to develop leadership and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2 years’ retail supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates
• Drive results through training and development of associates
• Assist store manager with scheduling and floor moves
• Deliver a great guest experience using the GUEST service model
• Maintain operational procedures and inventory control
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent
• Follow safety and reporting regulations
