Job summary

New Balance in Vineland, FL is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to open/close the store, drive results, and provide a world-class guest experience. You will lead by example through New Balance’s core competencies and coach team members to success.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years’ retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Lift 4 lbs. frequently; lift up to 50 lbs with assistance; climb stairs and kneel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates.
• Drive results by training and developing staff to meet KPIs.
• Deliver a great guest experience using the GUEST service model.
• Open/close the store and ensure store policies are followed.
