New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking a Retail Team Lead in Asheville, NC to open/close the store, drive sales, and manage daily operations. You will lead by example, coaching associates and delivering a world class guest experience through New Balance's service model.

The role requires 2 years of retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Base pay ranges hourly, reflecting experience and location.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years' retail supervisory experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs with assistance when necessary

Aufgaben

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates
• Drive results by coaching and training to meet KPIs
• Assist store manager with scheduling and floor moves
• Deliver exceptional guest experience using the GUEST service model
• Maintain store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and procedures
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent
• Follow safety and reporting regulations
