New Balance Sevierville is seeking a Retail Team Lead to join our leadership team. You will help open/close the store, drive results, oversee store operations, and deliver a world-class guest experience. You’ll lead by example, coach associates, and support scheduling, inventory control, and safety practices.

The role emphasizes recruiting and developing top talent while upholding our core values and customer-focused service standards. Flexibility including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail weekends/holidays
• Ability to lift and move lightweight cartons and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates professionally
• Drive store results through training and development of associates
• Assist store manager with scheduling and floor moves
• Deliver a great guest experience using the GUEST service model
• Maintain operational standards including opening/closing, inventory control, and procedures
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of top talent
• Follow safety and reporting regulations, including proper lifting procedures
