New Balance in Traverse Mountain, UT is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to join our store leadership team. You will open/close the store, coach associates, and drive results while delivering a world-class guest experience.

You must be 18+, with at least 2 years of retail supervisory experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 2 years retail supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move boxes of product with assistance when necessary, stand for extended periods, climb ladders and stairs

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor while communicating and coaching professionally with all associates
• Be results-driven in achieving store KPIs through training and development
• Deliver a great guest experience utilizing the GUEST service model
