New Balance is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead for Traverse Mountain, UT to open/close the store, coach associates and drive guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, coaching with our core competencies and delivering results on store KPIs.

The role requires 18+ with 2 years of retail supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays. You will lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and contribute to a safe, high-energy store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years' retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance; lift 4–8 lbs; kneel or squat frequently; stand for extended periods; climb ladders and stairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor while communicating and coaching professionally with all associates.
• Be results-driven in achieving our store key performance indicators through training and development of our associates.
• Deliver a great guest experience utilizing our GUEST service model.
• Opening/closing the store.
• Follow safety and reporting regulations, including proper lifting procedures.
