T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate Manager to partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, driving T-Mobile's customer-centric goals and Mobile Expert success.

As part of the role, you will guide brand standards, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer experiences while achieving store KPIs and maintaining store operations. This is a full-time position in a retail environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and store-operations skills required.

Responsibilities

• Orient and ground Mobile Experts to the company manifesto and customer-focused standards.
• Ensure customers' needs are met, making their experience simple and confident.
• Observe interactions and provide feedback for training and coaching.
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services and promotions.
• Lead by example and remain up-to-date on products, services and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment and adherence to plan-o-gram standards; ensure systems knowledge and effective use of displays.
