Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and coach Mobile Experts to deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer needs.
• Lead by example, stay updated on products and store procedures, and drive monthly success metrics.
• Maintain store environment and visually appealing displays, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
