The role involves orienting Mobile Experts to the Lov­ing Our Customers standard, ensuring customer needs are met, coaching based on observations, and staying current on products and promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership; knowledge of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Orient Mobile Experts to the standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Meet customer needs and make experiences comfortable, simple and complete.
• Observe interactions and provide coaching feedback for development.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products and promotions.
• Lead by example with latest products, training and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment and ensure displays meet plan-o-gram standards.
• Ensure teams know store systems and communications; drive financial results.
