Job summary

New Balance Athletics, Inc. in the United States (Philadelphia Premium, PA area) is seeking a full-time Retail Team Lead to open/close the store, drive results, and provide an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead by example, coach associates, manage scheduling, and uphold safety and operational standards while recruiting talent and ensuring excellent customer service on a busy retail floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates.
• Drive store results via training and development.
• Assist store manager with scheduling and floor moves.
• Deliver a world-class guest experience using our GUEST service model.
• Maintain operational procedures, opening/closing, and inventory control.
• Participate in recruiting and interviewing potential talent.
• Follow safety and reporting regulations.
