Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate Manager to partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team and deliver T-Mobile's goals of earning a place in customers' hearts and Mobile Expert success.

You will guide the team in everyday customer interactions, stay current on products and promotions, and coach employees to provide exceptional service. A High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of retail customer service or sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Orient and ground Mobile Experts to Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and the experience is simple and confident for the customer.
• Provide feedback from observations to support coaching and development.
• Lead by example and stay up-to-date on products, services and promotions.
• Maintain store environment, ensure plan-o-gram standards and effective displays.
• Ensure teams understand store systems and drive financial results while controlling expenses.
