Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Customer- Obsessed Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth. You will lead a brand-focused team, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence while embodying our values in every customer interaction.

As a frontline leader, you will oversee talent development, daily store performance, and adherence to safety and policies, enabling a feel-good shopping environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail.
• Customer-first mindset and selling culture.
• Strong communication and adaptability.
• Ability to coach associates in real-time.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty to handle customer experience and operations.
• Support action plans with the Sales Leadership Team to improve results.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily direction and goals for the shift.
• Provide feedback and coaching to managers and associates.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge.
• Train, motivate and recognize staff to improve selling and service.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and policy adherence.
