This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and execution of operational tasks, including opening/closing routines, staffing, and maintaining visual standards. The position requires a customer-first mindset and flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and ability to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team to improve results and execute operations.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily shift direction and goals for associates.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, and accountability.
