Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Store Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates, delivering consistent customer experiences, and driving store growth. You will lead the team, coach associates, and ensure high standards of service and operations.

You will hire, train, and motivate staff, model selling behaviors, and create genuine customer connections while maintaining store safety and standards. This role requires availability for peak hours and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to support customer experience and operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to drive action plans and results.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and follow directives.
• Set daily shift direction and provide performance feedback to the team.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling skills.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to boost sales and service.
