Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager and develop outstanding associates while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be part of a field leadership team, driving growth and maintaining brand standards across the store.

The role requires leadership in daily operations, talent development, coaching, and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will participate in opening/closing procedures and uphold safety and visual standards daily.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans with the Sales Leadership Team to improve results.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and receiving shipments.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain store appearance.
