Bath & Body Works seeks a Supervisory leader to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help drive store growth, manage operations, and lead the team to exceed sales and service goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, talent development, and maintaining the store’s standards, while delivering the Feel Good moments customers expect from the brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead and perform Store Manager delegated duties including Manager on Duty responsibilities.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and drive results.
• Perform opening/closing routines, handle deposits and shipments, and interpret directives.
• Set daily goals and provide feedback to managers and associates.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Ensure safety, policy adherence, and store appearance.
