Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Store Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll help drive growth through leadership, coaching and hands-on store responsibilities.

You will lead by example, train and motivate associates, and ensure compliance with safety and store standards while maintaining a high-energy and guest-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execute operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Set daily shift directions and goals; provide performance feedback to managers.
