Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will support growth by leading a retail team, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining brand standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and creating genuine connections with customers while upholding safety and store policies. This is a full‑time on‑site position in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory retail experience.
• Able to work peak days and varied shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to handle customer experience, vendor relations or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execute operations.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments and disseminate company directives.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling skills and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, results and accountability.
