Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operations.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and implementing company directives.
• Set daily goals for the team and provide performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
