Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. You will guide staff, ensure policy compliance, and strive to meet sales and service goals while delivering an excellent customer experience.

The role may be full or part-time in a retail environment, with focus on leadership, training, and operational execution to maintain high store standards and customer satisfaction.
