Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to help supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure policy compliance. You will guide staff, train team members, and step in for store leadership as needed to meet sales and service goals.

You will work on maintaining a safe shopping environment, executing POS policies, managing inventory, and ensuring optimal merchandising and payroll practices while supporting a productive team that delivers excellent customer experiences.
