Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and ensure 100% adherence to company policies. You will lead and train staff under direction of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, stepping in when they are unavailable.

You will help drive sales, service, and operational excellence, manage POS activities, inventory, and payroll controls, and guide staff development to maintain a high‑quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Provide leadership and training to staff.
• Manage all store operations in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

• Oversee POS transactions, loyalty, refunds, and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct inventory control, pricing changes, and merchandising to company standards.
