Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations in Jacksonville. The role provides leadership and training to staff under direction from Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. The Team Lead acts in their absence and drives sales, service, and operational objectives.

The position may be full-time or part-time and requires a proactive approach to customer experience, team guidance, and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and managing day-to-day store operations.
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to store staff.
• In the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, assume full responsibility for operations.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales, service and operational objectives.
• Oversee security of assets and loss prevention responsibilities.
• Maintain customer service standards and payroll/time attendance duties.
• Support merchandising, inventory control, and opening/closing procedures.
