Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise and manage daily store operations in Jacksonville, FL. The role ensures compliance with company policies and delivers strong leadership to staff under direction from Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

The Team Lead will safeguard employees and customers, drive sales and service goals, and oversee POS, inventory, merchandising, payroll, and training. This position may be full or part-time and requires a background check.

Formación

• Experience in customer service leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and managerial abilities.
• Approved background check.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Create and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience.
• Oversee POS transactions, sales, discounts, refunds, loyalty and opening/closing.
• Manage inventory and price changes, markdowns, and physical inventory.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation.
• Control payroll, scheduling, and time & attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports and reinforce customer service standards.
• Support loss prevention and protect company assets.
• Assist in day-to-day operations and cover Store Manager/Asst in their absence.
