Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. (PMI) is seeking a Retail Team Manager to lead a field team across the United States. You will drive distribution, merchandising execution, and category growth while developing personalized development plans for direct reports.

Successful candidates will have 3–5+ years in retail sales or related roles, a strong analytics mindset, and proven leadership. The role requires legal work eligibility in the U.S. and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of retail sales, wholesale grocery or route sales.
• Strong planning, organizational, leadership, coaching, and teamwork skills.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills in service of understanding complex data to develop actionable initiatives.
• Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word; experience with Salesforce and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs all assigned team members to achieve company and regional objectives.
• Develops and executes effective business plans at accounts assigned.
• Oversees routing and call coverage to ensure distribution and merchandising objectives are met.
• Analyzes opportunities and develops plans to grow region and district performance.
• Leads with a focus on distribution, merchandising execution, and category growth.
• Provides performance feedback and coaching to team per PM standards.
