Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve regional objectives.
• Manage assigned retail and wholesale accounts and execute strategic business plans.
• Drive product distribution, merchandising, and promotional execution across the territory.
• Analyze market, sales, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and action plans.
• Ensure effective routing, call coverage, and execution across the territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development and Key Accounts.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development planning for team members.
• Maintain accurate reporting of retail and account metrics.
