Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Retail Team Manager for various locations across the United States. You will lead a team to achieve distribution, merchandising and revenue goals, while developing business plans and driving strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in retail sales, strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills, plus proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. This is a nationwide, on-site role with PMI’s U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of retail sales, wholesale grocery or route sales required.
• Strong planning, organizational, leadership, coaching, and teamwork skills required.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills required.
• Strong analytical skills for understanding complex data to drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide assigned team to achieve Company and Regional objectives.
• Develop and execute effective business plans at accounts assigned to you.
• Oversee routing and call coverage to ensure merchandising objectives.
• Analyze opportunities and develop execution plans by geography.
• Grow operating profits and revenue through distribution and category management.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to team in line with PMIs standards.
