Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of retail sales, wholesale grocery or route sales required.
• Strong planning, organizational, leadership, coaching, and teamwork skills.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into initiatives.
• Proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word; Salesforce experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs assigned team to achieve objectives.
• Develops and executes business plans at accounts assigned.
• Oversees routing and call coverage for distribution objectives.
• Analyzes opportunities and creates plans to grow performance regionally.
• Coaches and develops TSMs per Performance Management standards.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to align execution.
