Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking a Retail Team Manager to lead field sales across the US, including New Jersey, and drive distribution, merchandising, and revenue growth.

You will develop and execute business plans at assigned accounts, optimize routing and coverage, coach team members, analyze opportunities, and collaborate with BDM/SAM/KAM to align objectives with regional strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of retail sales, wholesale grocery, or route sales.
• Strong planning, organizational, leadership, coaching, and teamwork skills.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills.

• Develop and execute business plans at assigned accounts.
