Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of retail sales, wholesale grocery or route sales required.
• Strong planning, organizational, leadership, coaching, and teamwork skills required.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills required.
• Strong analytical skills in service of understanding complex data to develop actionable initiatives to address business opportunities required.
• Fluent in English.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs assigned team to meet company and regional objectives.
• Develops and executes business plans at accounts assigned.
• Oversees routing and call coverage to ensure merchandising objectives.
• Analyzes business opportunities and creates execution plans by geography.
• Leads regional growth plans focusing on distribution, merchandising and category management.
• Communicates goals and tracks performance against targets.
• Collaborates with BDM and SAM/KAM to align executional objectives.
• Drives operational excellence with efficient resource use.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition for TSM recruitment.
• Develops personalized development plans for direct reports.
• Provides coaching per Performance Management standards.
• Communicates with stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Fosters a culture of integrity and exceptional performance.
