Boot Barn Lebanon is seeking a part-time Key Holder to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, lead by example, and support the leadership team in driving sales and daily operations. You will learn product knowledge, manage responsibilities at the POS, and contribute to merchandising efforts while upholding Boot Barn values and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible scheduling and extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsabilités

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features/benefits.
• Meet measurable goals like UPT and ADT and promotions.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist floor moves/display setup.
• Process merchandise and monitor replenishment; accurate POS transactions.
• Assist leadership with store operations and opening/closing procedures.
