Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to help drive exceptional in-store experiences, lead store partners, and support sales goals. You will develop product knowledge, uphold merchandising standards, and manage daily POS transactions while partnering with leadership to grow the team and performance.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsabilités

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Be informed of current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain standards and assist in floor moves, merchandising, and store housekeeping.
• Assist with merchandise processing and stock replenishment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and manage cash/media at POS.
