Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Retail Supervisor to help lead store and donation center operations. You will motivate the team to meet customer satisfaction and production standards, support merchandising efforts, and coach engaging customer interactions to drive revenue goals.

The role requires supervising project-like tasks over short to mid-term horizons and coordinating with store management.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and retain forklift certification.
• Work varied schedule with nights/weekends as needed.
• Must have a working phone and accessibility for communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and donation center operations to meet revenue goals.
• Coach staff and ensure excellent customer service and safe work practices.
• Manage POS coverage, cash controls, and customer flow during shifts.
• Assist with hiring, phone screens, and training of new associates.
• Maintain store conditions and implement loss prevention policies.
