Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist with store and donation center operations, motivate the team, and ensure customer satisfaction and production standards while driving revenue.

You will supervise staff, coach customer interactions, manage POS coverage, support training, maintain safe environments, and partner with store management on loss prevention and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Two years of college education or experience equivalency.
• Ability to complete and retain forklift certification.
• Work varied schedule including two closing shifts per week and every other weekend.
• Must have working phone to ensure communication accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Maximum the value of donated goods and maintain production and store environment standards.
• Coordinate proper rotation of goods for continuous merchandise flow.
• Train and coach employees to reach high productivity and collaboration; ensure adequate POS and donations coverage.
• Assist with hiring processes; conduct phone screens and training as needed.
• Operate register, manage tills, ensure efficient customer flow and cash controls.
• Maintain safe and orderly environment; enforce safe practices.
