Qualifications

• Two years of college education or experience equivalency.
• Ability to complete and retain forklift certification.
• Work varied schedule with a minimum of two closing shifts per week and every other weekend as scheduled.
• Must have working phone that allows for communication accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the value of donated goods and maintain production and store environment standards.
• Coordinate proper rotation of goods to ensure a continuous flow of new merchandise.
• Train and coach employees to be productive and collaborative; ensure adequate POS and donations coverage.
• Assist with hiring process; complete phone screens and training as needed.
• Operate register, manage tills, ensure efficient customer flow and cash controls.
