Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and donation center operations and assist with staff coaching.
• Motivate team to meet customer satisfaction and production standards.
• Support merchandising efforts and enable engaging customer interactions.
• Oversee POS coverage, tills, and cash controls.
• Assist with hiring processes; conduct phone screens and training as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and adhere to loss prevention policies.
• Plan work assignments to improve service and protect assets.
• Record and share data from reports with leadership.
