Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist with store and donation center operations, motivate the team, and drive customer satisfaction and revenue goals. The role supports merchandising, coaching, and ensuring productive customer interactions across shifts.

You'll supervise, handle POS coverage, participate in hiring, and maintain safety and loss-prevention standards while delivering a positive, service-oriented experience for shoppers and donors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain.
• Flexible schedule with closing shifts and weekends as needed.
• Must have a working phone for communication accessibility.
