T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate Manager to partner with the Store Manager and lead the store team toward customer-first goals. You will develop Mobile Experts, model product knowledge, and drive service Excellence.

You’ll mentor teammates, keep up with promotions, and ensure standards across the store while contributing to financial results and a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

Responsibilities

• Infuse Mobile Experts with passion for Customer Love by orienting them to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and that employees build customer confidence by making experiences comfortable and simple.
• Complete observations of Mobile Experts' interactions to be used in coaching conversations.
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services and promotions.
• Lead by example, stay up to date on products, services and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment quality and adhere to visual standards; execute Retail Methods & Procedures.
• Ensure teams know store systems and communications; drive financial results and manage expenses.
