T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate Manager to partner with the Store Manager and develop the store team to earn a place in our customers’ hearts and Mobile Expert success.

You will lead daily operations, train staff, and ensure excellent customer experiences while meeting monthly performance targets. This role requires at least 1 year in retail with a high school diploma and strong communication and leadership skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Infuse Mobile Experts with a passion for serving customers and ensure needs are met.
• Manage customer wait time and observe interactions for coaching and development.
• Lead by example with product knowledge and store standards to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
