• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and escalate customer issues with Store Manager.
• Improve store efficiency through robust operational procedures and inventory control.
• Lead inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and best practices.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide expert product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed.
