Job summary

Comcast Technology Solutions is hiring to lead our retail sales team in Illinois, driving exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. The role involves coaching staff, optimizing store operations, and maintaining merchandising standards to maximize performance.

You will partner with the Store Manager to schedule, onboard new hires, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements. Nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience may be considered.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coaching retail sales associates to meet sales targets and service metrics, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Facilitating onboarding and ongoing development of new hires for an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring store demos function properly.
• Partnering with the Store Manager to coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resolve escalations.
• Implementing procedures to enhance store efficiency, with focus on inventory control and back-of-house organization.
• Leading inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and best practices.
• Analyzing performance data to identify sales trends and opportunities for process optimization.
• Providing expert knowledge on products and services and staying current with industry trends.
• Regular attendance, nights and weekends, variable schedules and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
