• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store operations.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling with Store Manager.
• Improve store efficiency through inventory control and back-of-house organization.
• Lead inventory accuracy through cycle counts and best practices.
• Analyze performance data to identify sales trends and optimization opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge and industry insights to the sales team.
