Qualifications

• Experience leading retail sales teams and driving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Coaching retail sales associates to meet sales targets and service metrics.
• Onboarding and developing new hires to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resolve customer escalations with Store Manager.
• Improve store efficiency through inventory control and back-of-house organization.
• Lead inventory accuracy through cycle counts and best practices.
• Analyze performance data to identify sales trends and optimization opportunities.
• Provide product/service knowledge and stay informed on industry trends.
• Maintain attendance and be available for nights/weekends/overtime.
